At Maruti Inox (India) Pvt. Ltd., our manufacturing facility is designed for sustainable, precision stainless steel production. Since 2010, we have integrated scrap trading, melting, hot rolling, and forward integration into bright bar finishing. Our TUV NORD ISO 9001-certified plant is equipped with modern machinery and 12+ in-house testing facilities to ensure every product meets global standards. We don’t just make steel – we give scrap a second life as high-performance engineering material.

Our melting operations are the heart of Maruti Inox. We process high-grade stainless steel scrap from certified vendors, melting it in controlled environments to achieve precise chemical compositions. Every batch is monitored to ensure low-carbon emission steel production.

Hot Rolling Mill
Producing Shapes with Dimensional Accuracy
Our hot rolling mill converts stainless steel ingots into precision hot rolled bars. We produce a wide range of shapes including rounds, RCS (round corner squares), hexagons, squares, angles, and flats. The rolling process is carefully controlled to achieve uniform internal structure, defect-free surfaces, and consistent dimensions.

Tailoring Stainless Steel
To meet specific customer requirements for strength, hardness, and ductility, Maruti Inox offers in-house heat treatment services. Our controlled furnaces ensure consistent results across every batch, enabling us to deliver bars with precise mechanical properties.

We provide the following heat treatment options:

Annealed / Solution Annealed

For maximum ductility and corrosion resistance

Quenched & Tempered (QT 700 / QT 800 / QT 900)

Cold Finishing Facility
Precision Bright Bars & Stainless Steel
Our forward integration into cold finishing allows us to produce high-precision Bright Bars and PSQ (Pump Shaft Quality) bars. Using advanced draw benches, peeling machines, grinding, and polishing lines, we achieve tight tolerances (h8, h9, h10, h11) and superior surface finishes. This facility enables us to consume our own hot rolled raw material and serve demanding international and domestic markets.

  • Standard Packing: All material is packed in high-density polythene sheets to preserve the material during handling, storage, and transit.
  • Bundle weight: 500 to 1000 kgs, strapped with Signode straps.
  • Tubing:Each bar packed in plastic tubing to avoid surface scratching and damage during transit.
  • Plastic / Rubber O-Rings: Bars individually packed with O-rings at different locations to avoid rubbing and scratching. Available for sizes above 20 mm.
  • Lifting Belts: All 1000 kg bundles are provided with two lifting belts to facilitate customer unloading at destination.
  • Box Packing: Box packing available in different lengths and weights as per order requirement.
