Founding
Vision & Story

Founded in 2010 with a Vision for Sustainable Steel

Maruti Inox (India) Pvt. Ltd. began with a clear vision: to create a sustainable, high-quality alternative in the stainless steel industry. Unlike traditional mills, we saw value in scrap—not as waste, but as the raw material for precision engineering
Starting with scrap trading and stainless steel melting, we quickly mastered the production of ingots and hot-rolled bars in shapes such as rounds, RCS (round corner squares), hexagons, squares, angles, and flats. Today, we are taking a bold step forward with vertical integration, manufacturing finished Bright Bars to serve both international markets and domestic industries
Our core business remains in scrap trading and melting of stainless steel since 2010, producing ingots and re-rolling hot rolled bars. With forward integration now underway, we produce finished Bright Bars in rounds, hexagons, squares, rectangles, angles, and flats—consuming our own raw material while catering to growing global demand
Manufacturing
Our Manufacturing Process

From Scrap to Superior Steel

We follow a rigorous, multi-stage process to ensure world-class quality. Every step is monitored to meet international standards and customer specifications

Step 1

Sourcing

High-grade stainless steel scrap from certified vendors. We carefully select scrap to ensure clean chemistry and traceability

Step 2

Melting

Advanced melting in controlled environments to achieve precise chemical composition. Our melting process is optimized for lowcarbon emission steel production

Step 3

Casting & Rolling

Forming ingots and hot-rolled bars with dimensional accuracy. Products include rounds, RCS, hexagons, squares, angles, and flats in sizes from 16 mm to 140 mm

Step 4

Finishing

Producing bright bars with superior surface finish through cold drawing, peeling, grinding, and polishing. Tolerances as tight as H8, H9, H10, H11

Step 5

Testing

Every batch undergoes chemical analysis (spectroscope), mechanical testing (UTM, hardness, impact), metallurgical examination (grain size), and corrosion testing (salt spray, IGC)
“Continually improve the effectiveness of product quality and quality management system to achieve total customer satisfaction.”
Quality Policy & Infrastructure
Our Quality Commitment ISO 9001 Certified
